They may be younger, in shape and unable to grow long flowing beards, but the Drayton Valley Thunder made their annual appearances as a worker in “Santa's Workshop” on Sunday afternoon.
The boys mingled with local children to create masterpieces, Christmas ornaments and many more great items for the holiday season. The boys take part in the Santa's Workshop every year and it is a great opportunity to show their creative sides with the kids of Drayton Valley.
The Thunder players would like to wish everyone who attended and those within our community a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
The next home game is tomorrow night for our Movember charity game. Commemorative jerseys will be worn and auctioned off for charity. Game time is 7:30pm at the Omniplex.
