A game that started out looking like another see-saw battle turned into a 5-1 slide with Grande Prairie on the winning side. Thunder’s lone goal came from #26 Chandler Irvin by way of #21 Eric Sieben and #6 Cole Dunphy assisting. The assistance on Thunder’s only goal earned #21 Eric Sieben Away Star recognition. Way to go Eric!! This assist put Eric in 14th spot in the north for points.
Now both teams have two wins a piece with two games to go against each other before the end of the season. They will play in Drayton Valley on February 23 and then one more time back in GP for Thunder’s final game of the season before playoffs begin.

Thunder’s final game against the Wolverines will take place back in DV on Friday March 1st as Thunder’s second last game of the season.
