The Drayton Valley Thunder have completed a trade with the Calgary Canucks, sending Assistant Captain and ’05 forward Dryden Tomkow to Calgary in exchange for ’06 forward Antonio Bevacqua.
Bevacqua joins the Thunder after appearing in 9 games this season, recording 3 points (1G, 2A). We would like to welcome Antonio and his family to Drayton Valley.
Tomkow departs after spending the past two and a half seasons with the Thunder, where he played just over 120 games. We sincerely thank Dryden for his leadership and contributions both on and off the ice, and wish him and his family all the best in Calgary.
