The Drayton Valley Thunder Hockey Club today unveiled the logo for the franchise’s 20th anniversary season in #HockeyValley, which will be celebrated throughout the 2017-18 campaign.
“The Thunder have established a long standing tradition in Drayton Valley over the past 2 decades, including winning the AJHL Championship once, while giving countless memories to players and fans alike,” said Thunder Sales and Marketing Manager Shaun Collard. “The support of our fan base has been tremendous entering our 20th Anniversary season with seasons ticket sales on the rise, and a buzz throughout the town as the season is fast approaching. We look forward to celebrating with our #Thunderstorm of fans throughout the year.”
Dates and detailed information for the Thunder’s 20th anniversary season will be announced in the upcoming month prior to the start of the season.
