Thunder Name New Associate Coach and Assistant General Manager

The Thunder are pleased to announce they have hired Bill Rotheisler to the position Associate Coach and Assistant General Manager.

Rotheisler, joins the Thunder after holding a similar position with the St. Stephen Aces of New Brunswick.  He has extensive coaching and management experience having been Head Coach and General Manager for 5 years in British Columbia in the KIJHl, coached for 5 years in the Canadian Sports School Hockey League for both OHA and POE, and coached the U17 Team Canada Pacific to a bronze at the world championships.  Bill has an extensive record of coaching winning teams and advancing players at the Usport, NCAA and professional level.

Bill will assume his duties mid August and looks forward to being an active part of the Drayton Valley Community.
