                The Thunderdome Arena which houses the Thunder, was built about 1996.
          The arena can accommodate 1200 spectators in seats and 300 in standing room.

2019-2020 Ice The new ice put in for the Drayton Valley Thunder's 2019-2020 season!

View From South End Up on the highest part of the running track, a fan can get a bird's eye view when the puck goes into the net.	View From North End Even from the opposite end, the view of the ice surface is ideal. Fans buys season tickets early to get these sought-after spots to stand by the rails so they can enjoy an excellent view of the game.

Track and Seating Areas A walking/running track encircles the seating area up above the ice surface. The team averages 800-1,000 very supportive fans during the regular season	Dressing Room -Spacious 26 stall dressing room -Laundry facilities -Work benches to prepare sticks -Rehab tables to treat injuries Player's time in the dressing room is spent getting ready for games and practices or simply hanging out socializing.

Fitness Facility Room One The players have access to state of the art fitness facility in the Omniplex where they can train individually or as a team.	Fitness Facilities Room Two It is fully equipped with aerobic equipment, free weights and machine weights.
