Just a quick note to those hockey families of Drayton Valley from Karyn Fanstone regarding Skate Sharpening – Thunder's Athletic Therapist:
Hey Everybody! Just wanted to let you know that I will be continuing with public sharpening this hockey season. I will be doing public sharpening on WEDNESDAY nights between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. I will start Wednesday, October 7 and end December 16 prior to our Christmas break. I will resume after Christmas with information to be posted. A few dates that conflict with my Thunder schedule are November 4 in which public sharpening will move to that Thursday, November 5 and November 11 in which public sharpening will again be pushed to that Thursday, November 12. Also, there will be no public sharpening the week of October 28 as I will be in Calgary with Team Alberta at the Western Canada Challenge. If there is an emergency or you would like other information please feel free to call or text (text is preferred) me at 204-391-3100. Charge will be the same as last year at $5 per pair. Exact change only please.
