Click on resolution size preferred | Right click with mouse and save as wallpaper or background.
INSTRUCTIONS: MAC -
Click and hold on image and select 'Download Image to Disk' | Choose a location and click 'OK' | Open APPEARANCE applet from the CONTROL PANEL | Choose 'Desktop' tab and click 'Place Picture' | Navigate to file you downloaded and click 'Open' | Click 'Set Desktop

To find your screen resolution in Windows XP: Start/Control Panel/Display/Settings and then notice the screen resolution size in that window.
To find your screen resolution in Windows Vista: Start/ControlPanel/ControlPanelHome/Appearance&Personalization/AdjustScreenResolution and then notice the screen resolution size in that window.
