Justin Shand, local of Drayton Valley was the lucky winner of the “Celebrating Oil Country” 50/50 that was sponsored by Eminent Capital. Due to technical difficulties the number was unable to be picked that evening Friday, November 8th at the Thunder’s home game. Since the problem was fixed and we were able to draw a number.
