Drayton Valley Thunder Accept Resignation of Head Coach and General Manager Geoff Walker
DRAYTON VALLEY, AB – June 13, 2025 – The Drayton Valley Thunder of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) today announced that Head Coach & General Manager Geoff Walker has resigned from his position, effective immediately.
“We thank Geoff for his contributions to the Drayton Valley Thunder organization,” said team President, Kevin Young. “We appreciate his efforts during his time with the team and wish him the best in his future endeavors.”
The Thunder organization will begin the search for a new Head Coach & General Manager immediately. Further announcements regarding this search will be made in due course.
