The Drayton Valley Thunder of the AJHL are pleased to announce that Dex Mozell has committed for the 2021-2022 season to Neumann University out of Aston Pennsylvania. Neumann plays out of the very competitive UCHC conference and won a Div III championship in 2009.
Dex will be pursuing a degree in Sports Management.
“We are truly going to miss Dex on the ice and in the community,” said Thunder GM / Head Coach Eric Thurston. In the three years Dex was with the Thunder he was the RBC Community Ambassador. His work in the schools, delivering food to the food bank and coaching minor hockey made Dex one of the most popular players with the Thunder.”
