The Drayton Valley Thunder of the AJHL are proud to announce defenceman Brett Bamber from St Albert, Alberta has been named team Captain for the 2021-22 season.

We just really like the way Brett plays the game, added Coach Thurston.
He plays the game the right way game in and game out. You can see the passion and drive that he has and we know this will be infections to the rest of our team.
We’ve had some great leaders in the 3 short years I’ve been in Drayton Valley who have all gone on to play at the next level be it NCAA or USport and we know we’ve got another great one in Brett.
